From two-car garages with space for gear to a neighbourhood playground and dog park, our goal was to simplify the experience of living outdoors.
Design that celebrates the landscape instead of competing with it.
At University Heights, we considered the surrounding landscape at every stage of the design process. Outside, clean lines play against the organic forms of the landscape, while the graphic roof shapes of the different homes are reminiscent of the surrounding mountains when viewed together. Inside, a considered palette, open floor plans and oversized windows maximize the views, creating a strong visual connection to the incredible nature outside.

Each single-family home and townhome offers a level of aesthetic customization and premium materials that previously could only be found in custom-built properties. The interiors are spacious and airy, with minimalist designer fixtures, custom millwork and bathrooms inspired by luxury hotels.
