INSPIRATION
A desire to contribute to the Vancouver skyline inspired this modern landmark by world-renowned Canadian architect Arthur Erickson. Twisting high above West Georgia Street, Paradox’s luxury hotel and lofty residences embody a true sense of hospitality.
AN ICONIC ADDITION TO THE DOWNTOWN SKYLINE
Located in the heart of Vancouver’s shopping and dining district, this graceful tower is home to Paradox’s flagship hotel, as well as 217 exceptional residential units. Each features ultra-premium finishes, expansive open plans and panoramic views of English Bay, the North Shore Mountains and Coal Harbour—as well as access to unparalleled service and amenities.

Architecture that aspires to foster new perspectives.
Arthur Erickson’s last high-rise design, this 69-story tower is Vancouver’s second-tallest building. Its elegant, twisting form was created by rotating every floor, yielding 69 distinct floorplates. As a result, every home is slightly different. The proportions change as you move up the building—and each unit boasts its own unique view of the city.

CULTURAL EXPERIENCES FROM DAY THROUGH NIGHT
With full access to the amenities at the Paradox Hotel, residents enjoy the convenience and energy of living in a destination hotel. Highlights include the award-winning Chinese fine dining restaurant Mott 32, the Karma and Mansion Lounges and the Xylia Natural Spa—as well as an indoor pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, in-suite dining and a house car service.
